What happens after I join the waiting list?
Easy! As soon as you apply for membership (join the waiting list) our team will contact you and set up a 15 minute call with one of our founders (Dr. Warren or Melani Seymour). On that call you will have an opportunity to ask questions and we will both get a sense of whether this is a good fit.

The Owner Exchange is open only to owners of larger practices (3+ DVM’s and grossing a minimum of $3M p.a.).

Unlike typical groups, The Owner Exchange focuses exclusively on high-performing veterinary practice owners, providing meaningful, relevant, and confidential interactions.
Is there a time commitment required for participating in The Owner Exchange?
We understand how busy practice owners are so participation is flexible, working around you and the other members’ schedules to make sure engagement happens. That said, the minimum would be 1 x 90 minute Mastermind session per .month (hopefully the most valuable 90 minutes of each month!), and beyond that how much you contribute to offline chats, the Forum, additional Masterminds is entirely up to you).
What kind of support can I expect from this community?
You’ll find a safe space for honest discussions, advice on financial, HR, operational, profit, culture strategies, insights into industry trends, and most importantly the chance to spend time and develop real relationships with other top 5% practice owners.

We host regular meetups and discussions, but the community chat is active 24/7 online, allowing you to connect whenever it fits your schedule.
Will my business information remain confidential?
Absolutely. We operate on a premise of ‘radical confidentiality’. The OE is a safe space to share in a way that you may otherwise never feel comfortable doing, knowing that what is ‘shared in the room stays in the room’. As they say, the lessons we discuss can be shared, but the stories and meeting details can never be disclosed.
Can I invite other veterinary practice owners to join?
Yes! If you know other practice owners who would benefit from The Owner Exchange, feel free to share the opportunity. However, all potential members must meet the eligibility criteria and go through our approval process.
